Philadelphia, PA is one of the latest cities to get a new Foursquare city badge.  See the instructions below on how to unlock the Phanatic Foursquare badge.

 

How to unlock:

Follow Foursquare Cities on Foursquare

Follow the Phanatic Badge list on foursquare and check into 5 venues from the their list to get the badge to unlock.

 

Unlock Message:

Ah, the city of brotherly love, where it’s always sunny and cheesesteaks abound! Be they Geno’s or Pat’s, Tony Luke’s or Dalessandro’s – as Ben Franklin would say, a penny saved is a hoagie earned. Or something like that…
