How to unlock:

Follow Monte Carlo Resort & Casino – Las Vegas on foursquare.  Find their brand page here.

Check in at 3 venues in the Las Vegas area where The Cosmopolitan has left tips.  You can find a full list of where they have left tips by going here.  There are some foursquare users saying that this badge has to have check-ins across a few days to get the unlock.  Tell us how many days it took you in the comments below.
